Celtic-Plus Calls for Proposals 2012 Celtic-Plus calls for proposals are defined on an annual basis. Every year there will be two submission possibilities for fully defined project proposals. |

The new
fast call process will now only consider one single, full proposal
phase; no Proposal Outline (PO) phase is required any longer.
One important aspect to speed up the call and funding decision process is that each project participant must submit a national funding application in parallel to the proposal submission. Without such national applications no label will be assigned. As compensation to the missing proposal outline phase Celtic offers the opportunity to submit a short proposal abstract (including a short project outline, intended consortium partners/ countries) for a first check to the Celtic Office. Well evaluated but not labeled proposals may get a second chance by submitting refined proposals at the second call deadline about six months later. |
